Software Download Procedure

  1. Logon to ELMS and find the Software
  2. Select the software Download option ( if available )
  3. Complete the Checkout Process and Print the Order Details
    MAKE SURE TO PRINT A COPY OF THIS PAGE FOR YOUR RECORDS.

    If your download takes longer than 20 minutes, you may be prompted to log back in to continue using the website.

    After you have completed the download, you may close your browser to complete your session.

    If you would like to obtain other products, simply return to the storefront by selecting the appropriate option from the header bar above.
  5. Select Download Button.  A Downloader Program will be downloaded to the selected folder on your computer.
  6. Launch the Downloader program to download the software to the selected folder.  The downloader includes a Install button to start the Installation of the software. *
  7. Some files download in .ISO format.  These are CD/DVD images and you must use  CD/DVD burner software with the .ISO image as the source and burn a CD/DVD.  Then use the CDDVD to install the program. **
  8. Enter the license key, if required by the software. ***

Notes:

*  You will have better results if you download large files at night.  Launch button may open the folder with the software then You must start the install.  Usually the Setup.exe program.

** ISO files are CD images.  DO NOT COPY to CD.

*** If a license key is used, it will work only on the machine on which the software is originally installed.
