  1. Where can I find my Pipeline User Name/Password.
    - If you have forgotten your username, you can look it up using the "What is my user name?" link on the My JSCC Pipeline webpage.
    -Your initial pin number is your birthday (MMDDYY).  If you continue to have problems, contact Help at help@jeffstateonline.com.
  2. I am not able to access Pipeline using my User Name/Password.
    -
    Email help@jeffstateonline.com  and ask them to reset the pipeline account for you.
  3. There is no Email form ELMS in my Pipeline Account  

    The Pipeline email quota has a 50MB capacity.

    Many students accounts have reached capacity and are not receiving new email.

    The MSDN AA needs to use this account at the beginning of each semester to receive the MSDN AA email.

    If a student fails to receive an email they should purge old messages from their account.

     

    The Pipeline email Opions-Mail Setting:

     Empty messages from this folder on logout.

    Is NOT checked by default.  We have asked IT to try in correct this for future accounts.

     

    Once the Pipeline account has been purged the Student can go to MSDN AA site

    I've forgotten my password!

     

    A new email will be sent to their Pipeline account containing their password.
